Question I have a bunch of MOP supposedly 2mm side side dots that measure .094 so do you all use a 3/32 or a #41?
Or just beat them in with a hammer
Thanks

Did a search and WF Fulton Company make brad point bits in wire and fractional sizes and you can get them here, www.woodshopbits.co
I have a couple #41 &#42 bits on the way

0.094 looks like 3/32 to me, but far bigger than 2 mm!

Yep, 3/32" should work. If it is too tight, there is an old machinist's trick where you can make the bevel on one side of the drill bit a little longer than the other side, which effectively moves the point to an off-center position. This will cause the drill bit make a larger hole.
